I am a overseastudent who have just got bachelor's degree and came back to China. Several days ago when thefirst time I feel freezing outside I was think about the temperature in Chinais lower than Canada at that moment, and I approved it with the weather APP on mycell phone (amazing!! ).
The temperature isdropping and your motivation to work and study is going down with it. I understandsit's easier to hide under your cozy layers than brave the cold to work. But work is still important,exercise will help you go through it. However exercise is also pretty hard incold days, which is why I puttogether some helpful tips to keep you moving through the cold months.

Give yourself a caffeine boost: Take a swig of coffee toget you energized and set a routine. Creating a set schedule around thebeverage--follow up your morning cup of joe with a workout, so you have anassociated routine around the drink.


Make a commitment: Join a club orschedule a hike, basketball game, or just run especially with your friends willhold you accountable to someone other than you. What's more, it helps youassociate the time your spending as a fun time, hanging out with people youlike.

Get the music to set the mood: You could use a shakingmusic or high-energy music playlist. Play the same set of songs during your workout,so when you hear it again your mind will be in workout mode

我是一名刚从国外获得学士学位回国的迷途小羊羔. 几天前成功感受到了中国寒冷的强大, 当时我就想当时武汉会不会比加拿大还要冷, 后来用手机查了一下, 果然厉害了我的武汉.
温度的降低带来的就是学习和工作动力上的降低. 穿着厚衣服窝着肯定是要比勇敢的工作要简单许多, 这一点我能理解. 但是工作学习是我们目前必须要面临的事情, 那么运动可以很好地帮助你渡过这个难关, 当然天冷的时候运动也挺懒得动, 所以这里我就要分享几个小的tips如何在寒冷的天气里提升运动和工作的动力.

来一杯暖暖小咖啡: 来一杯咖啡, 设定一个日程规划. 建议从早晨一杯咖啡开始, 这样不仅可以保持清醒还可以借着咖啡因带来的效果做一点小小的暖身活动.
根据International Journal of SportNutrition and Exercise Metabolism, 在运动工作前摄入咖啡因会让卡路里持续燃烧,血液循环得到促进. 当然多也不好, 推荐每1kg体重摄入6g的咖啡. 睡前不要喝哟~
投入一件组织中去: 加入一个健身俱乐部, 徒步 ,打一发篮球, 或者单纯的跑步都可以. 当然最好还是要和朋友一起, 这样朋友也会给你鼓励有人陪着对你负责. 更重要的当然是你可以和这些朋友在一起时的时间更长.
准备一个令你激动地播放列表来提高兴趣: 可以用一些很嗨节奏感很强的的音乐来做 播放列表. 设定好数量, 每次就播放那几首, 久而久之当你听到这音乐的时候身体也会有所准备(这一点我是有经验的).

it's easy evaluate the level of your English through the advanced vocabulary which contain in your sentence. not so bad
